  Not only that Joop, but the Charter looks almost like and exact copy of the
IDNO Charter.  Perhaps you can explain??

  Well actually it isn't all that clear really as I pointed out earlier on my

  I am not so sure anyone could say that the two would merge.

  Individual members are not in any way restricted to simply electing
regional directors and/or just involved in regional councils.  They too
are to be involved in policy making as well.  So it seems that you are a
bit confused Joop...

  It could be.  But thus far that doesn't seem to have worked out very well...
