Silence is Golden except when it is not.

Individual users have no voice in ICANN and this is a very bad thing.
There needs to be an Individual Users Constituency within the structure
of ICANN.  The IUC can obtain charitable donations in order to fund
itself.  The concept of an IUC has the written backing of the DoC.  No
large company has ever opposed such an idea for it would be consumer
suicide.

May we all meditate and give our heartfelt prayers in solace for all
those who are suffering the tragedies of state and non state sanctioned
violence.  May the good truly prevail and the wicked be banished.
