One should also note, that previous elections for those positions were
a courtesy extended by Danny, time permitting.  Our rules don't
require those positions to be elected, in fact there are no rules
covering those positions.

While I decline the request, Danny is doing his job on this issue by
appointing people to fill those positions.

I wish he gave the same care to other aspects of the chairmanship.
