[ga] Al Barakaat Prefers US Domain Registrar...

According to President Bush:

"Al Taqua and Al Barakaat raise funds for Al Qaeda. [...] They provide
terrorist supporters with Internet service...."

Do our terrorist fighters at ICANN want to tackle the issue of this domain
name registered through a Florida domain registrar:

www.somalirefreshment.com

"Somali Refreshment Company (SRC) is a member of Barakaat Group of Companies
and a share holding company. This group includes a telecommunication company,
bank, and money transfer business."

And, sure enough, the Refreshment division of Al Barakaat is identified on
the recent terrorist update at www.ustreas.gov/ofac

Is anyone at ICANN interested in real terrorists and the domain name system
(or at least those purported to be real by the US government)?
