Eric and all assembly members,

  As of severa weeks ago now, Eric Dierker has been the
lead person for DNSO GA funding.  I would like to request
a report as to what the status of the DNSO GA funding is
and what plan or further efforts is in process as to providing
funding for the DNSO GA.

  Eric, Can you please provide us with your progress has
been and a brief report showing some detail as to where the
funding is at for the DNSO GA?
