Patrick and all assembly members,

  Although this is a scathing review of the TF's and WG's much of it
rings unfortunately true of very close to it.  This is why I have been
so insistent that any and all TF's and WG's be open to any and
all willing and interested GA or other participants, instead of
"Closed" lists.
