Roeland and all assembly members,

  I too would prefer "Running Code" to anything else.  And a variance of
types of WHOIS protocols can indeed co-exist as they do today.

   I believe that what the WHOIS survey showed clearly was the
concerns regarding privacy with respect to Admin contact and
how a particular WHOIS protocol should follow....
