  Perhaps.  However I am in agreement with Danny's original thoughts
on this.  Ergo in that Jonathan did not post or even suggest this
as a motion or even a poll, I find it inconsistent to "Join the Club",
as you put it...  So I will have to decline on procedural as
well as ethical grounds...
