Jim and all assembly members,

ICANN 3? As long as TLDs will be *authorized* without any clear, 
logical rules, this stuff will stay a struggel between ICANN and 
wannabe-ICANN.

There's no reason why these 7 guys are better as the ICANN BoD nor vice-
versa. Furthermore, the legitimacy level is lesser than that of the 
ICANN.

The business of providers is to provide technical or economical 
facilities. To *approve* or to *authorize* TLDs is nobody's business. 
Period.
