How?  The 'subscription' won't be sold to you if anyone else has already
purchased it.  Again, pounding the registrar for a sub - instead of a
domain name.  Only you're paying a LOT more.

I agree totally with those that brand this a Bad idea.  Let's hope it
never get implemented.
