I think we should all recognize unooficial notes from sanitized ones.
We have all sat on boards and cleaned up our language prior to ooficial
publications.
Certainly we should all withhold judgment and recognize each for its own
merit or lack thereof. (i seem to remember the ooficial report from the wg-
review, something quite different from our unooficial report as commented
by Karl)
