There is a Transfer TF recently formed. But the attempt and
seemingly consensus opinion of forming a WG for "Delete/WLS"
was blocked by our newly elected chair, Thomas Rossler and the
Secretariat.

I agree with you here Russ that in order to get something actually
done that putting all other Verisign or other registry related issues
on hold until the WLS/Delete issue is determined...
