[ga] No compromise

Apparently a few people missed my point;

For the At-Large:

They must have 9 seats,
They are not an SO,
There is no domain name ownership required for membership.

If I have not made the position of most of us clear please write me and
correct me.

(the better part of life is not thinking about it but committing to it)
