Thomas and all assembly members,
I disagree with your conclusion Thomas. In fact there is not more
susinct a way to conclude where the GA members stand on
their collective trust of the ICANN BoD than a "No confidence"
vote by the GA members. A motion has been forward by one
of the members, Danny, and it has been twice seconded. Hence
as a responsible chair it is incumbent upon you, Thomas to
have a ballot issued on this matter forthwith...
