  As a BoD member Alejandro I am amazed that you still just don't
seem to "Get It".  All stakeholders are equal, there are no "Major
Stakeholders".  It is also amazing to me as well as our members,
especially in your own region, that ICANN has yet to itself
define it's "Mission" in practical terms.
