Thank you, this represents a significant improvement. There should also be a
definition for "pending bankruptcy" attached to this document shouldn't
there? Potentially, every registrar "may become a creditor" of every
registrant, and every registrant is theoretically a prospective bankrupt,
the line between pending and prospective being a little fuzzy, so perhaps
the edit should read:-
2) A pending bankruptcy of the Registered Name Holder where the Registrar is
a named creditor.
