  Well our members I doubt would support Alejandro's remarks,
and it is pretty clear that many stakeholders/users that are currently
not able to be even represented within ICANN would not either.

  It is not adequate to say that the "committee on evolution and reform"
actually represents anything close to the majority of even the
active participants or otherwise stakeholders/users.  That much
has been made clear on many occasions as was clear in Accra.

  It is ONE way.  It is not an efficient way or even a desired one.
