Thanks for this clarification about Bondi LLC. I am pleased for this
confirmation that they were indeed accredited and that you listed them with
a link to their site. However, my concerns persist about the use they made
of their Registrar privilege in possibly operating exclusively rather than
on behalf of the public. I also question why they are not listed as
accredited on the ICANN site (though, as you say, that is not a matter for
Neulevel!). Further, when I click on the Neulevel link to Bondi LLC, I
arrive at a web page which simply states: "BONDI LLC. COMING SOON!" Can you
confirm that prior to the 2B release there actually WAS a website up and
running which enabled the internet public to apply for the .biz 2B names?
I'll check this out with regular forum members at the ICANN forum, but the
evidence (93 names ALL for Marco Publishing) may suggest there was not.

Thank you for the courtesy of your replies and updates. Clearly there is
concern about whether these six registrars were operating acceptably, what
the status of their domains will be (for example, if Signature domains got
their domains for their own partners, are they in breach of ICANN rules for
accreditation), and whether ICANN will intervene to make sure that the same
possible abuse of privilege is not employed again in a few weeks with the
.info Landrush 2.

Clearly, from the point of view of Neulevel, these Registrars may not only
have prejudiced the chances and opportunities of consumers and other
Registrars, but may have upset the integrity of Neulevel's own distribution
of names, since it appears that customers did not have fair and equal
opportunities to obtain names, and some names may have been stolen by
registrars and never made available to the public.
