  I did read your previous post with this in mind, thank you.  One question
that I ask still remains.  That being, why not go forward with this current,
of dubious origin, questionnaire and than follow on with improved or
otherwise modified versions if needed later so as to get some direct
and general feedback now instead of as you suggest, dragging this
out with no feedback to the point of many loosing interest and thereby
ending up with a policy that may later be highly criticized or not viably
serve?
