My  name is Mr Ngele Nabo, senior manager with
Union
Bank of Nigeria PLC.My decision to contact you now is
based largely on my urgent need for your assistance in
an important business transaction and secondly because

been declared UNCLAIMED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND SOME

Government of Nigeria (FGN)he supplied and installed
equipment and his company,C.N Contractors Nig. Ltd
completed some of the best construction contract in
the country. His closing balance with my bank
was(USD30.MILLION)will be declared unclaimed because
no relative of his has come forward to make a statment
of claim. We have no knowledge of a next of kin. We
have strong proof that the chairman and the board of
directors will keep all the money for themselves and
donate the remainder to research and trust fund here
in Nigeria.
MY Colleagues and my self have made several attempts
at locating persons that could be remotely related to
him and we have been doing this for about 4 year now.
Right now I am almost alone in this enterprise and I
have decided on moving the money to a foreign
account.I am here by soliciting your assistance and I
will be grateful if you will be willing to help in
this regard.

Your role in this transaction will be as follows.You
will provide a safe bank account into which the money
will be paid and you will stand as a next of kin to
Engr Nicholas.I will provide you with answers to all
the security questions, which you have to answer. I
will also provide you answers to questions that only a
person related to him will know.There will be  no need
for you to appear here in Nigeria if you follow my
instructions closely. Everything should be concluded
on telephone and fax between you and the bank. For
your participation will be commensurately
compensated.25%of the total sum shall be given to you
for your assistance,5% shall be used for expenses that
will incured in the process of concluding the
transaction while the remaining 65% shall be for
us.Our share shall be kept in trust by you untill we
arrive your country to discuss possible areas of
investment preferably a joint partnership with you.
