only special interest groups, it actually has members elected to represent
the general public so that it can keep groups like yours in check. The
"rough consensus" in the House is that policy should be decided by
representatives of the public, not by commercial interests. You might want
to keep that in mind while you preach about the virtues of the "consensus" of
your limited group of stakeholders. The moment you act to exclude the public
from the decision-making process, you forfeit all right to claim consensus.
