  Not "Selected" Thomas, but "Elected"!

Using the DNSO GA
election process would be as good as any to do so.

Any and all of the stakeholders or interested parties should be
able to vote for their candidate.

Potential Candidates should self nominate.

The powers that they should have should be limited only by
the ratification vote of any and all stakeholders or interested
parties...

  Oversight or "Watchdogs" for this election should be done by
the FEC and/or the NTIA staff.
