Michael and all,

  Thank you again for the pointer's (URL's)!  These should serve
as goo reminders of the truth and the facts.  Of course others
are available, but these are two very goo choices.

  Now if we can only get the ICANN BoD and staff to honor
its word and contractual requirements...  ???  Some have already
answered this question directly after Accra with a sad but steadfast
no.  Others, I believe in a dwindling minority say maybe.  What is
clear, is that the answer is at least, not likely.  Not very clear eh?
Well true, not very clear but clearer than ever before...  To our
[INEGroup] members, now again growing rapidly, the current
as with the past ICANN BoD, with two notable exceptions,
Karl and Andy, and the ICANN staff in particular cannot be
taken on their word or honor their signature any longer.  They
obviously need adult supervision.  That to our members means
an At-Large is more necessary now than ever...
