The legal costs as a result of the UDRP I would argue now much higher
than without the UDRP. In any event George, I do understand your
thought there, and perhaps this is really a moot or never to be resolved
argument. I do believe that Privacy trumps Whois information listed
in a registration of a Domain Name. Hence the need for a UDRP
therefore becomes lessened. In any event I also still believe that some
sort of UDRP would be helpful, but not the current "Version".
BTW, for our members we provide legal assistance to those registrants
that cannot afford good legal assistance either for free or at a very low
cost depending on their financial ability.

Here we disagree to a degree. I believe that a Domain Name is
a Choice that any potential registrant should have without being
encumbered by a UDRP that is tilted in favor of the complainant.

This is not good enough. The potential registrant must have the ability
to opt out of their private personal information from being listed in the
WHOIS data record for that or those domain names to which they
have registered or may wish to register in the future.
