Stuart and all assembly members or other interested parties,

  Thank you Stuart for this personal clarification on your position
in and on this matter of some considerable and growing concern
amongst the stakeholders.  As you should know such a "Presidents
Task Force" as you seem to define or envision it is and cannot be
representative of any group of stakeholders/users other than the
actual Task Force members themselves.  Therefore it is obvious
in both the tone and verbiage of you response here to Milton
and the NCC that you are displaying a complete disregard
for the MoU and White paper with this "Presidents Task Force"
with respect to proper representation, openness and transparency.
