many your inquiries can be answered by reading the legal briefs prepared by
both sides.
OR, if you wish, you can request a legal opinion from kristy mckee ( who
seems to have a much deeper legal grasp of the issues than any of the rest
of us as well as the "inside track" on the courts decision on this
litigation)
