Michael and all assembly members,
Thank you Michael for this important and distinctive correct
scholarly legal opinion. Well done!
It is unfortunate that we the stakeholders have in our ranks such
individuals like Ken Stubbs that have for years now insisted
on behaving in such a manner in situations to provide some
ludicrous "Spin". What's even more unfortunate is that Ken
is on the NC...
