[ga] Re: [ALSC-Forum] At-Large Organizing

Denise and all stakeholders of interested parties,

What is the account number for where these "Contributions"
are to be deposited? Is there such an account number with routing code
that such funds can be wire transferred into?
Are you Dinise, the bonded person for such "Contributions"?
if so, whom is the bonding agent or company, and what is the
amount of the bond?

The information you provided below Dinise, is incomplete until
or unless these two questions can be answered directly and
completely. The answers to these basic questions should be
publicly decimated as well...

Next with regard to this announcement:

As many here already know, the ALSC was a dismal failure and
broadly recognized as such in by the inaccurate conclusions that
the ALSC reached in their "Final Report" and presented in Accra.
This brings this announcement under yet again for the 6th iteration,
and seemingly endless "Studies, Forums, attempts" at seemingly
falsely for the ICANN BoD to formulate a At-Large effort when
several are already underway in the private sector which ICANN
is suppose to serve in accordance with the MoU and White Paper.
As such, what is the expectation or purpose of this announcement
in this context if any, and is it reasonable to trust the ICANN BoD
yet again in such an initiative given the history of At-Large formation
thus far as well as statements of note from a number of the ICANN
BoD and staff, past and present, namely Esther Dyson, Alejandro
Piscanty, Stuart Lynn, Vint Cerf, Dan Holloran, and a few others?
