[ga] Policy-Making

If any of you have any suggestions to make about general ICANN 
policy making, or want to emphasize (or elaborate on) anything you 
said before, please come forward with your suggestions now.

The next names council call is scheduled for May 2, and it will deal 
precisely wiht this topic.

Comments on the Lynn proposal's "forum" approach would also be most 
welcome.
