I agree that Nominet tries to do a good job but until they get some real-time
interfaces and a meaningful accreditation process, I consider them to be
a long way from best practice.

I guess my point is mainly that I believe that a lot of the systemic problems
Nominet faces are caused precisely because of its nonprofit status.
