  Agreed here.  We also must be inclusive and completely open to any and
all
stakeholders/users so that they can participate without restriction of
any kind.
This is not present in the GA now and hasn't been for some time...

  Perhaps.

  Right.  Not define missing stakeholders but do outreach to attract

  Maybe not all.  But all that wish to participate...

  It hasn't worked as a inter-constituency exchange for a number of
reasons.
Some of them are as follows:

1.) Selective censorship is practiced in the extreme.

2.) The Ga@dnso.org list rules are arcane and therefore unnecessarily
restrict
     such exchanges.

3.) Poor leadership in the Chair and Alt Chair positions that has lead
to
     inability for the GA to get actual work done on resolutions and
    motions so that the GA members can officially show their consensus
    in a proper assembly type measured way.
