Jamie and all assembly members,

  As far as the DNSO web sit is concerned that is not stated
procedure that I can find.  I believe that such a timetable and/or
procedure is at the whim of the Chair, Thomas.  Of course
this seems not only arcane but also not a proper methodology
for an GA of any kind that I am aware of or have been a part
of...

  However like you Jamie I am anxiously and with great interest
awaiting Thomas's response to you very good question...
