[ga] Motion #1 - List of Supporters

Jamie,
I can confirm that the following, non-exhaustive, list of members have
expressed explicit support for the text of Motion #1 to go forward for a
Vote of the whole Assembly. Some of those named below have indicated their
agreement offlist. This record is being provided in compliance with the GA
Chair's terms for the Motion to go forward, specifically that the text of
the Motion and Names of 10 supporters be posted to the GA list by Friday May
10th. This requirement may or may not still be applicable.
