Danny and all assembly members,

  Well of course this is strictly BS as you rightly indicate in the subject
line.  I am wondering why this was not announced via the
announce list...???   In any event this is simply and only a
recommendation.  As such, perhaps the GA members should
consider a vote on it for or against...????
