[ga] WLS/Policy
The following is the definition of Policy by my good friends M-W;
1 a : prudence or wisdom in the management of affairs b : management
or procedure based primarily on material interest
2 a : a definite course or method of action selected from among
alternatives and in light of given conditions to guide and determine
present and future decisions b : a high-level overall plan embracing the
general goals and acceptable procedures especially
of a governmental body.
Certainly the WLS is all about management of affairs and any bafoon that
suggests otherwise is illiterate. It is about what is allowable or not
allowable
by an ICANN accredited registrar. It is not technical.
The question is "should" ICANN allow them to implement the WLS POLICY.
There is absolutely nothing about this that is not policy.
Sincerely,
Eric
