  Unfortunately this contention of yours Michael is true.  I have noticed
it myself from several ICANN BOD members as well as BC and
a few other constituency members also.

  GOod point.  In that Karl is a member of the BoD it would seem that
his paper would have been one of those that would be linked to.  However
given that Karl is suing ICANN presently it seems that the ICANN staff
is taking a rather skewed view towards Karl in this and other regards...
To me that just raises my suspicion of the ICANN BoD and staff...

  I also am afraid I must agree here as well...  Joe Sims and Stuart Lynn
of late have displayed a more closed view than ever before to their and
ICANN's detriment...

  Isn't such meetings (excuse me, 'retreats') supposed to be documented
per the ICANN Bylaws?  I believe that they are.  How about that Joe??
