[ga] Delete

This issue of delete must be more forcibly addressed.

If a name gets deleted because no one cares, that is ok
ericdierkertheidiot@poopoo.com.

But when there are earnest problems keeping a name from the delete
process and protecting it - IP or not, that is a major problem that
needs to be addressed.

This is both a Transfer issue and a WLS issue.  It is both a major
corporation issue (ip) and a dotcommoner issue.  it is an ISP issue and
a BC issue and a noncom issue.

I believe that there are about 3 or maybe 4 people on this list in favor
of the WLS.

adopt a anti-WLS vote?
