Ross and all assembly members,
Essentially Ross, I think your question is already answered. It
seems to me that this is exactly what Marc and Danny are saying.
The only small difference is (No pun intended) is that with a
small business constituency for small businesses to participate
and be represented in ICANN and the DNSO, than the
Small Business Constituency could worry about whether or not
they were showing up for the right meetings... >;)
