The list of the voters for/against the motions is negatively important. I 
mean those who did not vote to protect the ICANN, either in voting against 
the motions or in unballancing the rebid vs the move yourself  option. 
Also, at a time of Joe Sims and mst of the BoD's is that the ICANN is 
mainly concerned about names, it is of real interest to see who is 
registered as a voter.

1. at the BoD
2. among DNSO elected Directors
3. at the NC
4. in the list of the vocal people on the GA.
5. among the employees (permanent orpart time) of the ICANN

Only this analysis will show who feels really concerned.
