Re: [ga] Comments on ICANN Reform Recommendations

Joanna,

Like Joe Sims I am not a member of the Cal. state Bar. I do remember
that several states (cal included) have specific definitions of what an
out-of-state attorney can do and what constitutes the unauthorized
practice of law (UPL). You may find that what concerns you is covered
under the specifics of cal statutes or some of the recent caselaw
defining UPL.

If you are concerned about this, why not contact the state bar directly?
I'm sure they can answer your questions.
