Kristy,
The GA chair and alt chair have been invited to every one of
the special Names Council calls on ICANN evolution. Sometimes one or both have
been able to attend, sometimes not. When there was attendance this is recorded
in the summary. The attendance role is intended to reflect
all participants.
Thomas, being a vigilant chap, also posts comments by e-mail
between meetings. Where appropriate these are included in the on going
recommendations. So it is possible that he may be seen to comment without being
on a call.
