  I agree with you here John.  The problem is that presently the ICANN
staff has already broke several other laws as you well know.  As such,
they seem to be in the mode or of the opinion as to be above US
law.  Hence I doubt that the ICANN staff is at all concerned if they
are negotiating with any of the above listed ccTLD managers...
