Eric and all assembly members,
Eric, I think that in part, you miss the point. That being that WIPO
and the UDRP process with this recent decision as a glaring example
on a religious front, is disjointed and inconsistent.
No one is denying Jerry Falwells freedom of speech in this WIPO
decision, but perhaps his claim to his own name as part of a
Domain Name in Jerryfalwell.com. But than again Jerry himself
did not register it first, so it seems that now WIPO is reversing itself
with respect to IP rights in this decision... Go figure!
