Jamie and all,
Thank you for posting this Jamie. And you rightly outlined the
part of Ms. Victory's testimony that seems to be at a disagreement
with the stakeholders/users. I am sorry that Ms. Victory is so far
removed from the reality of the real problems that ICANN has
created and the problem that now ICANN is...
