Olivier and all assembly members,

  Not to worry about what would happen to .COM should
verisign go bankrupt.  It is not difficult to run or manage a registry
despite yammering to the contrary form time to time.  But we
[INEGroup] agree and have agreed that is seems beyond reason
that Verisign should be in control of the .COM Registry and most
of the registrars for .COM as well.  But also given the poor job
Joe Sims did in the drafting the Registrar contracts, Registry Contracts
omitting some clauses preventing this from happening, it should
come as no surprise to anyone really...
