Alex and all assembly members,
Interesting that this would now come up yet again. We [INEGroup]
suggested this in '98 and the than ICANN "Interim" BoD of which Esther
was COB, rejected the idea out of hand. However [INEGroup]
has been doing these sorts of Meetups sense late '98, either
online or physically.
