The Progress and Freedom Foundation is holding its annual summit meeting.  
For those of you interested in convergence, telecommunications, e-commerce, 
network security, privacy and other related issues (and who can afford both 
the travel expense and the $500 - $1500 registration fee) this will be an 
event worth attending, and will be marked by the attendence of the Hon. Nancy 
J. Victory, Assistant Secretary of Commerce, NTIA, as a panelist on
