Re: [ga] ICANN reimburse $75,000 to GAC for GAC secretariat


Richard and all assembly members, stakeholders or other interested parties,

  Thank you Richard for passing this bit of info along.  Much appreciated!

  However after reading it several times I came to have a few questions..

 1. ) Why would the Australian Government cease to fund these
positions/functions than reverse it's decision on the secretariat
later, and than only temporarily?

2.) Will or has, sense March, the ITU's offer to fund either of these
     positions/fuctions?  If not, why not?  If so, what was, if any
     the decision?

3.) Shouldn't these two positions/functions be volunteers?  Were
     any volunteers ask for to fill these postions/functions?
