Your enthusiasm is amusing.

This is classic ICANN: We're all going to waste time and energy and focus
to vote in online elections for completely powerless people, who will in
turn elect a completely powerless person. None of which impacts ICANN
decision-making in the slightest. (But it does provide good cover.)

Are you (and your fellow "participants in the process") going to help
Esther write the "online elections!" press release?

(Is there no shame to your game?)
