Re: [ga] BC Telephone Conference

Danny and all assembly members, stakeholders or other interested parties,

The BC as Danny IMHO correctly points out is nearly a empty set,
so to speak. A "Ghost Constituency" of sorts. Hence its usefulness
in it's present form is of very limited actual value to the stakeholders/users
in any capacity in the DNSO or the reform version, the "GNSO".

The BC from nearly it's beginning, has been a troublesome and secretive
Constituency, as Danny also eludes to below. This is not surprising,
nor really all that concerning though. The ICANN BOD itself has
been much less than forthcoming or engaging. Hence when Stuart
Lynn calls the "Blueprint" for reform, one is logically and realistically
faced with a number of legitimate questions such as Danny here
has posed. Most of which remain unanswered and thereby
concerning in and of themselves.
